Our retreats are designed so you can do the activities YOU want to do, while still having time to fully participate in the life design workshops and to build relationships with each other.
To that end, we build in plenty of free time for you to take advantage of the myriad programming options from Miraval. 11 am - Arrive at Miraval and receive resort tour
Lunch with the retreat participants
1 pm - Hill Country Challenge Course
4 pm - Pedicure
6:30 pm - Dinner with retreat participants and get to know you activities
Friday
Sleep in!
Breakfast with a few other retreat participants
10 am - Yoga
11 am - Cooking with root vegetables class
Solo lunch to journal and reflect
1 pm - Cardio drumming class
2 pm - Massage and sit by pool
4 pm - Life design workshop with retreat participants
6:30 pm - Dinner with retreat participants
8:30 pm - Body scrub treatment
Saturday
8 am Zen Bootcamp
Solo breakfast to journal and reflect
10 am - Meditation class
11 am - Stress reducing workshop with Miraval
Lunch by the pool
1 pm - Horse riding
3 pm - Happy hips stretching class
4 pm - Life design workshop with retreat participants
6:30 pm - Dinner with retreat participants
8:30 pm - Vitamin A Facial

7 am - Guided meditation
Solo breakfast to journal and reflect
9 am - Barre class
10 am - Thai massage
Lunch with a few retreat participants
1 pm - Bee keeping workshop
3 pm - Yoga
