InvigHERate started as an idea over lunch. Eisha and Judy knew each other casually from a book group and realized they had much in common. Talking at lunch they learned they were both facing life transitions and needing time to think through their next steps. The idea of a retreat - together with friends - was born. After piloting and refining successful experiences in 2018 and 2019, we opened InvigHERate to more women in 2020 and will be expanding even more late 2020 and into 2021.

Eisha is a business executive, yoga instructor, and coach to many rising business leaders. Originally from Kansas, Eisha has a BA from the University of Kansas and an MBA from Harvard Business School. Eisha is active on the boards of Women Helping Women and the Hamilton County Commission on Women and Girls. She is the mother of two pre-teen boys, and together they ski, run, and watch Jayhawk basketball. She is currently a partner with Vecteris, a product strategy firm in Cincinnati, a business she started with Judy after their first retreat!

JUDY ZITNIK

Judy is a marketing strategist, community leader, and active in politics. She's an Ohio native with a BS in Pharmacy and an MA in Journalism from The Ohio State University. Judy is an Activator with SheEO, and is active on the boards of Constella Arts and The Lloyd Library and Museum. She is teaching her teenage son how to drive and she strength trains with her teenage daughter. ​She is currently a partner with Vecteris, a product strategy firm in Cincinnati, a business she started with Eisha after their first retreat!
